Shipping Information:

Placement of orders:

PARTY1WORLD is an India based balloon and party supply store. All orders for party supplies have to be placed only through the PARTY1WORLD website. As of now, we do not accept orders on phone. However, the facility will be made available from the 1^st June 2013.

Shipping mode:

All orders placed from within India are dispatched via courier service. Once the goods are dispatched, you will receive a mail from the courier company’s website that can help in tracking the progress of supplies. 

International orders are sent through Airmail, & it takes 3 - 4 weeks to be delivered overseas!

Courier service is available for International dispatches only if the customer pays courier charges.

Barring International Courier service, all shipping is provided FREE OF COST.

Mode of payment:

Paying for the orders placed with PARTY1WORLD is convenient since we offer four different payment modes. Payment can be made by any of the following modes.

• Any Credit Card
• Online funds transfer systems. We accept PAYPAL and online bank transfers either through NEFT services or RTGS services in India
• CASH ON DELIVERY service is available ONLY in India.
• You can deposit CASH directly into the Party1World account by bearing bank transaction charges of additional Rs. 100.00

Transit insurance:

Utmost care is taken to ensure that the party supplies reach you without the slightest damage. All goods that are put in the courier service are insured. So, in case you receive a product that is damaged during transit, you can send it back through the same courier person. Refund will be provided as soon as possible. However, damaged goods will not be accepted back if they are used by the customer.

Duration of delivery:

All orders that are placed before 12 noon IST (Indian Standard Time) are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched or Couriered the next day.

Return Shipping from outside India:

This feature is NOT ALLOWED to overseas Customers!
